Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Adelaide is seeking a capable Retail Stock Supervisor to oversee daily stock reception, replenishment and visual merchandising across the store. You will supervise a small team, coordinate inventory and ensure high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume stock receiving, back dock supervision, strong communication, and the ability to lift over 15kg, bend and climb ladders as required.

Qualifications

• High volume stock receiving experience.
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team.
• Hardworking and motivated.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication.
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals.
• Takes initiative to drive results.
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
