Job summary

Spotlight Group is seeking a hands-on Stockroom Supervisor to lead a small team in our back dock and retail stores. You will oversee stock receiving, replenishment, and daily inventory, while supporting visual merchandising and ensuring safety standards across the operation.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume stock receiving, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to driving results. A weekday roster and opportunities for leadership development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume stock receiving and inventory processing.
• Supervisory experience in a back dock or stockroom environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and abilities.
• Proven time management, delegation and follow-up skills.
• Clear communication and ability to pre-plan and set goals.
• Must be able to lift over 15kg and use ladders as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the stockroom and back dock.
• Receive and replenish stock in the store promptly.
• Provide visual merchandising support.
• Coordinate daily stock inventory and audits.
• Adhere to OHS policies and procedures.
• Deliver high level customer service to shoppers.
• Support in multiple areas of the business when needed.

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
