Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Armidale NSW is seeking a part-time Stock Receiving Supervisor for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday afternoons/evenings. You will supervise the stock flow, receive and replenish stock, and support in-store operations.

Join a values-based team representing Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safe work practices, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume stock receiving.
• Experience supervising a small back-dock team.
• Ability to lift over 15kg and work with ladders.
• Excellent communication and initiative.
• Ability to pre-plan and build clear goals.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise team members
• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
