Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a part-time stock replenishment role to operate in the afternoons, Monday to Friday, up to 9pm. The position offers a 32.5-hour week, primarily focused on receiving stock, replenishment, and customer assistance within Australasia’s largest craft and home interiors retailer.

The ideal candidate brings high-volume stock experience, strong multitasking and communication skills, and is motivated to drive results while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume stock flow and replenishment.
• Experience supervising a small team at back dock is desirable.
• Demonstrated work ethic and motivation to achieve results.
• Able to juggle tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and customers.
• Good time management and delegation abilities.
• Physical capability to lift 15kg and use ladders when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish stock promptly.
• Adhere to OHS policies and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
