BYD Hornsby, part of Harmony Auto, is seeking a motivated Stock Controller to manage vehicle inventory and support front desk operations at our NSW dealership.

You will maintain accurate stock records for new and used vehicles, monitor movements between locations, and perform regular stock checks, updating the system and liaising with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.

• Experience maintaining vehicle stock records.
• Ability to perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Strong data entry and records management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movements between dealerships, storage locations, and customers.
• Perform regular stock checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.
• Update and maintain the dealership’s inventory management system with current stock levels.
