Job summary

Pacific Motor Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Automotive Stock Controller/Administrator for our Maroochydore site. You will coordinate vehicle stock across brands, manage supplier data, and support the sales team with accurate administration.

This full-time role offers an immediate start, data integrity focus, and opportunities to develop within a busy automotive group that values teamwork and process discipline. The role promises ongoing training and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Established history in a stock control or similar role is highly desirable.
• Current Queensland Drivers Licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to high level computer skills (Auto IT Dealer Management System experience is advantageous).
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing vehicle stock control across our brands and dealership locations on the Sunshine Coast.
• Claiming manufacturer incentives and bonuses.
• Managing and updating internal systems to ensure data is current and reliable.
• Account reconciliations.
• Communicating and assisting the sales team with the sales process and administration duties to ensure settlements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage control measures to ensure errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
• Facilitate the administrative inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Administrator to joins us at our Maroochydore based site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;
