Job summary

Tynan Motors is seeking a Stock Controller to join our head office team in Sutherland. This permanent part-time role is three days per week, focusing on maintaining stock records and coordinating vehicle orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration and data entry skills, experience with ERA Net/Power, and a current NSW driver's license. Training will be provided where needed, and you’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail with the ability to follow processes.
• Experience in data entry/administration is highly regarded.
• Experience with ERA Net/Power is highly regarded but training is provided.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle stock levels, ensuring records are current and up to date.
• Purchasing stock within approved budgets.
• Data entry and preparing inventory/stock reports.
• Conducting regular stocktakes.
• Processing invoices and stock-related paperwork.
• Working closely with managers to coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries.

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our friendly and supportive team based at our head office in Sutherland.

A Stock Controller is responsible for managing the purchasing and replenishment of the organisation's vehicle stock.

This position is Permanent Part-Time – 3 days per week.

About you

• Previous Data Entry/Administration experience – highly regarded
• Experience with ERA Net/ Power - highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Current NSW Driver's License
