The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a senior leader to oversee contracted clinical services for Forensic Intervention Services. You will lead procurement, contract management and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery across statewide external providers.

You will build strong partnerships with providers and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to positive rehabilitation and community safety outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management is highly desirable.
• Strong governance and accountability understanding is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement and contract management activities for externally delivered clinical services.
• Provide line management, professional development, leadership and supervision for staff within the External Providers team.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with service providers and key stakeholders.
• Provide authoritative advice on complex service delivery, contract management and operational issues.
• Lead strategic projects and service improvement initiatives that enhance service effectiveness and value.
• Monitor performance, reporting and accountability frameworks to ensure contracted services meet agreed outcomes and standards.
• Identify emerging issues and trends and implement solutions that improve service delivery and business outcomes.
