Job summary

Corrections Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a senior leader to oversee external contracted clinical services within Forensic Intervention Services. You will lead procurement and contract management for externally delivered clinical services, drive quality improvement and build high-performing partnerships with providers and stakeholders.

The role offers a VPS Grade 6 salary plus super, with a fixed-term full-time arrangement until July 2027, and opportunities to influence statewide service

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract management activities for externally delivered clinical services.
• Provide line management, professional development and leadership for External Providers team.
• Build and maintain partnerships with service providers and stakeholders.
• Provide authoritative advice on complex service delivery and contractual issues.
• Lead strategic projects and service improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness.
• Monitor performance, reporting and accountability frameworks for contracted services.
