Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria invites applications for the Manager, External Providers within Forensic Intervention Services (FIS), Corrections Victoria. You will oversee contracted clinical services, drive procurement and contract management, and lead statewide service delivery to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract management for externally delivered clinical services.
• Provide line management and leadership for the External Providers team.
• Build partnerships with service providers and key stakeholders.
• Provide authoritative advice on complex service delivery and contractual issues.
• Lead strategic projects and service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance, reporting and accountability frameworks.
• Identify emerging issues and implement solutions to improve outcomes.
