Brandbank Group is seeking an experienced State Manager based in Sydney to lead five stores across NSW and ACT on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive sales, manage budgets, wages, and shrinkage, and work hands-on with the team to elevate the state performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-site leadership, strong visual merchandising sensibility, and thrives in a fast-growing company. Travel interstate quarterly and maintain high service standards.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in a Multi-Site or Area Management role.
• Ability to manage teams remotely will be essential.
• Quarterly interstate travel.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and adapt to a rapidly growing company.
• An eye for styling and detail to uphold high visual merchandising standards.

Responsabilidades

• Accountability for state financials, sales, wages and shrinkage targets.
• Communicating budgets, motivating and encouraging staff.
• Enhancing stock consolidations and promotional opportunities based on customer base.
