Job summary

Brandbank Group is seeking an experienced State Manager based in Sydney to lead five stores across NSW and ACT on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive sales, manage budgets, wages, and shrinkage, and work hands-on with the team to elevate the state performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multi-site leadership, strong visual merchandising sensibility, and thrives in a fast-growing company. Travel interstate quarterly and maintain high service standards.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inspirational leader to join our Senior leadership team as a retail StateManager (12 month Fixed-Term contract) based in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Retail you will oversee 5 stores across multiple states including, NSW and ACT.

This is a challenging and fast paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success, you will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of our retail stores, leading our teams by example and taking our state to the next level.

THE ROLE:

• Accountability for state financials, sales, wages and shrinkage targets.
• Communicating budgets, motivating and encouraging staff.
• Enhancing stock consolidations and suggesting promotional opportunities based on a sound understanding of the customer base in the region.
• Managing administration and stock, including reserve stock management, implementing loss prevention controls and general statewide administration.
• Ensuring staff are complicit with policies and procedures and performance counselling.
• Working closely with the VM team to ensure high visual merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.
• Promoting and maintaining harmonious working relationships in the store.
• 12 month Fixed-Term contract
