Job summary

Sharp and Carter seeks a State Manager to lead its New South Wales stores. You will oversee 30 stores from Sydney CBD to regional centres, partner with buying, marketing and support teams, and report to the Head of Retail.

You’ll spend most of your week in stores, coaching managers, owning the NSW budget and P&L, and shaping range, events and promotions for NSW customers. You’ll lead openings and refits while maintaining standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple retail sites as State/Regional Manager or senior store manager.

Responsibilities

• Coach store managers on sales, staffing, rosters and stock.
• Own the NSW budget and P&L and analyze performance by store.
• Lead store openings and refits in NSW and ensure consistent standards across locations.
• Communicate insights from shop floor to head office to tailor NSW ranges and events.
