Job summary

NovoFit is seeking a highly organised State Installation Scheduler to support our state install operations in Victoria. This role ensures equipment is assembled, delivered, installed and handed over to customers efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and achieving company sales targets.

You will work closely with operations, warehouse, install partners and the sales team to coordinate installation resources, manage schedules and maintain seamless communication

Responsibilities

• Plan and Coordinate State Installations
• Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders
• Develop and Maintain Installation Schedules
• Coordinate and manage installation team (including contractors)
• Monitor and communicate install schedule with sales teams and clients and update installation schedule
• Update all stakeholders of stock arrivals and site access issues
• Monitor and manage installation faults
