Job summary

Smart Energy is seeking an organised Installations Coordinator to join our Byron Bay HQ. On-site Mon-Fri, you’ll coordinate 60+ installations weekly across Australia, working closely with technical, logistics and customer service teams.

You’ll manage installer schedules, handle changes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent service to homeowners. The role suits a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills in a fast-growing energy startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years scheduling or project coordination experience.
• Strong customer service background.
• Persuasive and confident communicator.
• Highly organised with ability to juggle priorities.
• Quick problem-solver with a calm, professional approach.
• Tech savvy; Salesforce experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm installer availability nationwide
• Reschedule and manage appointment changes
• Recruit and onboard electricians and plumbers nationally
• Manage inbound calls and texts from customers and contractors
• Provide regular confirmations and negotiate rearrangements
• Resolve issues quickly and calmly
• Keep installations on track by managing expectations and finding solutions
