Job summary

Shadeform Pty Ltd is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to plan, coordinate and control commercial and residential installation workflows. You will optimize installer deployment, ensure on-time delivery from factory to site, and collaborate with Sales, Production and Installation teams.

The role focuses on precise scheduling, proactive workflow management, and reducing delays while maintaining quality and WHS compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, fabrication or manufacturing workflow coordination.
• Strong scheduling and logistical planning capability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate installers for commercial and residential installations using the Float system.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling data reflecting real-time project status.
• Coordinate manufacturing logistics including material deliveries and subcontractor coordination.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to prevent delays and rework.
• Ensure site readiness and briefing of installers prior to attendance.
