Job summary

Adecco is seeking a proactive Service Scheduler/Planner to coordinate a national field service function from Mount Waverley. You will schedule engineers and contractors, liaise with customers, and manage materials, tools and logistics to meet customer requirements.

The role requires forklift licensing, strong organisational skills, and experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM. Onsite Monday to Friday with potential for extension beyond the initial 3 months.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Scheduler, Planner, Service Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, contractors, or service personnel.
• SAP experience.
• Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce CRM exposure.
• Logistics, warehousing or inventory coordination experience.
• Current Forklift Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate work for a national team of field engineers and contractors.
• Liaise with customers to arrange service visits and project requirements.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, parts and materials for site work.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Maintain contractor management systems and site access requirements.
• Update and maintain service information within internal systems.
• Support service operations through planning and administration.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
