Job summary

Unisys is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to provide end-to-end onsite IT support in client environments. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, and resolve complex issues, taking ownership through to resolution while delivering guidance to peers.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as is an active NV1 clearance. This full-time role requires hands-on work and reliable documentation of service activities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Field Engineering / IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on maintenance and installation experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end onsite Field Engineering support.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and install IT equipment and systems.
• Resolve complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Take ownership of onsite service activities through to resolution.
• Support other engineers with technical guidance and expertise.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting.
