Job summary

Unisys in Canberra is seeking an IT Support Professional to provide onsite and remote desk-side assistance for desktops, laptops, monitors and peripherals. You will perform basic installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment while ensuring SLA commitments.

You will support IMAC activities, participate in network, server and application testing, maintain accurate ticket documentation and deliver a high level of customer service to clients in a collaborative, process-driven

Qualifications

• Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support, field services, or related technical role.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow documented processes and work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and complete required technical certifications.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow established operational procedures, compliance requirements, and technical standards.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least Baseline Security Clearance is Mandatory
