Job summary

Unisys is seeking a skilled field engineer to install, repair, and maintain product and component hardware and software at customer sites across Australia. You’ll own onsite service activity, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure systems operate as designed and meet requirements.

Requirements include 2+ years in field engineering or related technical support, Australian citizenship, and baseline/NV1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in field engineering or related technical support roles.
• Proven ability to perform maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
• Australian Citizenship required.
• Baseline / NV1 security clearance mandatory.

Responsibilities

What success looks like in this role:Installs, repairs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer premises. Ensures systems operate as designed and are maintained or upgraded per requirements. Works collaboratively with technical colleagues to deliver timely, effective service.
