Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sales, Advertising Partners (Sponsorship) professional based in Australia for a fully remote, commission-based freelance role. You will own the sponsorship sales lifecycle from prospecting to renewals, targeting finance-focused brands and media companies to partner with a finance podcast with global reach.

You should have a proven background in advertising or sponsorship sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Background in advertising, sponsorship, or partnership sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Established contacts within financial services or ability to reach decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales process.

Responsibilities

• Develop sponsorship partnerships and convert opportunities into long-term collaborations.
• Identify and approach potential advertising/sponsorship partners (brokers, banks, fintechs, publishers).
• Present podcast and promotional channels to prospective partners.
• Develop, negotiate, and close sponsorship packages meeting partner objectives.
• Manage post-signing relationships and drive renewals.
