Qualifications

• At least 8 years in digital advertising, AdTech, or programmatic sales.
• Proven success selling to Holdco agency groups in Australia.
• Established agency relationships across New South Wales are essential.
• Ability to build a pipeline, hit targets, and grow revenue.
• Experience using AI tools to boost sales productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, develop, and close programmatic opportunities with Holdco agencies in NSW.
• Build a territory strategy to sustain a strong pipeline and revenue growth.
• Develop long-term agency partnerships creating scalable revenue.
• Manage relationships with agency stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Ops to inform strategy.
