Australian Radio Network (ARN) is seeking a commercially savvy senior Partnerships professional to drive revenue across an assigned podcast slate and deliver premium solutions. You will turn briefs into integrated campaigns, partner with creators and internal teams, and develop compelling sales collateral to strengthen show positioning and audience impact.

With 5+ years in media or partnerships, you will own the end-to-end commercial process and champion ARN's portfolio across the entertainment

Formación

• 5+ years’ media, partnerships or creative strategy experience with podcast knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver revenue targets and premium partnership solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management with creators, producers, and senior commercial leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth across an assigned podcast portfolio by developing premium commercial solutions.
• Own commercialization of the podcast slate, meeting revenue targets and identifying new opportunities.
• Turn briefs into creative, commercially viable campaigns aligned with audience and creators.
• Partner closely with podcast creators, iHeart Partnerships and commercial teams throughout the commercial process.
• Lead brainstorms and develop proactive ideas and integrated opportunities across the wider entertainment ecosystem.
• Manage creator and brand approvals for podcast integrations.
• Develop compelling sales collateral and market narratives to strengthen show positioning.
• Champion the podcast portfolio internally, becoming the go-to expert on what works for the shows, their creators and listeners.
