Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Ads Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns for a finance-focused podcast. You will plan, launch, optimize, and scale across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, aiming to grow audiences and drive revenue from premium content and partner offers.

You will implement reliable tracking, generate performance reports, and collaborate with the podcast host to align strategies with business goals. This is a fully remote freelance role with performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Strong expertise on at least two platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, or TikTok Ads.
Ability to provide concrete campaign performance data (cost per subscriber/lead, conversion rate, ROAS).
Knowledge of audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and attribution.
Fluent German language skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
Drive podcast growth by increasing subscriptions, views, and registrations.
Generate revenue through campaigns promoting premium content and partner offers.
Set up and maintain tracking to measure performance and revenue attribution.
Report monthly performance on costs, growth, conversions, and revenue.
