Job summary

National 360’s Geelong team is seeking a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.

You will manage a caseload across language, swallowing, paediatrics and generalist work, with options for community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions. Enjoy flexible hours, work from home, and a Geelong office presence alongside strong supervision and career progression.

Qualifications

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • You have a minimum of 1+ years experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload aligned with your interests across language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics, or a generalist mix across community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments, working from home and joining the Geelong office.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Work alongside a Clinical Supervisor with 20+ years of Speech Pathology experience, gaining mentoring and clinical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and behaviour support practitioners dedicated to community impact.
  • Use clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Participate in team social events, lunches and celebrations.

About You
