Job summary

National 360 in Geelong offers a 12-month graduate experience for Speech Pathology graduates. You will join our 360 GO program designed to transition from university to a rewarding career with structured exposure to key practice areas.

As part of the National 360 team, you will work under supervision, support clients in the community, and develop clinically while pursuing SPA registration and relevant checks. This role is ideal for graduates seeking broad community-based experience.

Qualifications

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • You are or have applied for SPA registration.
  • You have an interest in community healthcare.
  • You have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
  • You are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of high-quality, community-based care.
  • Provide 1:1 and group supervision with an experienced Clinical Supervisor.
  • Prepare for appointments, write reports and complete case notes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients.
  • Participate in Graduate Curriculum through the online LMS.
  • Engage with clients in various settings including home, clinic or telehealth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Role

In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
  • Enjoy tailored 1:1 and group supervision from a Clinical Supervisor with 20+ years of experience, helping you thrive throughout your graduate journey.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
  • Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a real impact.

About You

You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter, and you’re ready to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You might have a special interest in paediatrics or mental health or have preference for a generalist caseload. You’re organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration.
  • You have an interest in community healthcare.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
