Job summary

National 360 Bendigo Speech Pathologists is seeking a qualified clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy across NDIS, Aged Care and private clients. You’ll join a supportive team with pet-friendly offices, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth.

Deliver caseloads that match your interests via telehealth, community visits and clinic sessions, with flexibility to work from home and in the Bendigo office. NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests across language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a generalist mix.
• Deliver services via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments, including working from home and Bendigo office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development and career progression support with a focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a local multidisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs and physiotherapists to impact the community.
• Motivate and empower clients using clinical skills.

About The Role

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Bendigo office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate local multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
