Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Sunshine Coast team. The role offers a flexible mix of clinic, community visits, and telehealth with a supportive environment focused on client outcomes.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and have opportunities for supervision, professional development, and career progression, while maintaining strong work-life balance and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is required.
  • Current SPA registration (or pending) is required.
  • Full Australian working rights (or pending) is required.
  • Experience in community, private, or acute settings is welcomed.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • NDIS Worker Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests (language, swallowing, dysphagia, paediatrics, or generalist) through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Flexible appointment setting with options to work from home and in the Sunshine Coast office.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists.
  • NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Participate in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, Dysphagia. Paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Sunshine Coast office.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.
About You
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • You have current SPA registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
