Job summary

National 360 in Hobart is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist to join our vibrant team. You will manage a caseload and grow leadership skills and clinical expertise, with opportunities to work from home and in our Hobart office.

You will receive regular supervision, ongoing professional development, and a clear career progression path within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. NDIS experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in OT or Speech Pathology.
  • Full AHPRA or SPA registration.
  • Australian work rights (or pending).
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, or a generalist mix.
  • Deliver services via community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Set flexible appointments, including options to work from home.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, speech pathologists, and other professionals.
  • NDIS experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Participate in team social events and workplace culture activities.

  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, early childhood practitioners, and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
  • Hold full AHPRA or SPA registration.
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • Whether you're just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
