Qualifications

• Proven specification sales experience in building materials or related markets.
• Established network with architecture and design communities is highly regarded.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and able to work within a team across NSW/ANZ.
• Strong ability to build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and win new specifications across NSW and ACT, owning the primary demand phase.
• Network with decision makers early, becoming the trusted advisor on major projects.
• Build and manage your pipeline; keep territory outcomes visible and predictable.
• Engage architects, designers, end users and builders from concept through construction.
• Defend and grow specifications to convert into long-term sales.
