Salexo Consulting in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Specification Manager or architectural sales professional to drive product specification with architects, interior designers, builders and other stakeholders, turning opportunities into sales.

This role emphasizes new business, project development and specification across commercial and residential projects, with flexible arrangements and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in decorative surfaces or architectural finishes is beneficial.
• Strong network across the A&D space is important.
• Ability to drive product specification and turn opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships across the A&D community.
• Drive product specification across commercial, residential and design-led projects.
• Identify new projects and opportunities and follow them through to sale.
• Meet with architects, designers, builders and other key stakeholders.
• Present products, samples and technical information.
• Work closely with internal sales and project teams to convert specifications into orders.
