Job summary

Somfy in Sydney is seeking an established specification sales professional to expand our NSW market, leveraging existing relationships with architects, consultants and developers to get Somfy solutions specified in commercial, hospitality and office fit-out projects.

You will meet project stakeholders, deliver technical presentations, and guide projects from specification to order, supported by training and a strong leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in construction, building products or related industries.
• Strong network in Sydney NSW.
• Proven ability to develop new relationships.
• Experience selling to architects, consultants, developers or builders.

Responsibilities

• Meet project stakeholders, understand their requirements and help them choose suitable solutions.
• Identify upcoming commercial, hospitality and office fit-out projects across NSW.
• Deliver product presentations, technical discussions and CPD sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and support project specifications.
• Work with manufacturers, retailers and internal teams to turn specifications into orders.
• Keep your project pipeline current and follow opportunities through each stage.
