CoAct are seeking Specialist Support Coordinator to join us in this exciting opportunity, to deliver high-quality, person-centred NDIS Support Coordination services to participants with complex and multiple support needs. This role will support participants to build capacity, exercise their choice and control, ensuring they are heard, whilst navigating the NDIS and broader service systems.
The Specialist Support Coordinator manages complex caseloads, coordinates multi-agency supports, and contributes to high-quality service quality and high standards of compliance.
