Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Specialist Support Coordinator in Sydney to deliver high-quality, person-centred NDIS support coordination for participants with complex needs. The role emphasizes assisting participants to exercise choice and control while navigating NDIS and service systems.

The position involves managing complex caseloads, coordinating multi-agency supports, and ensuring high standards of compliance. It is a permanent full-time hybrid role with salary packaging and wellbeing leave benefits.

Qualifications

  • Passionate and values-driven to provide high quality support.
  • Strong time and workload management, ensuring priority tasks are completed in a timely manner and within service standards.
  • Ability to build strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and service systems.
  • Experience working with complex or high-risk participants.
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Social Work, Community Services or related discipline) or equivalent experience within disability, community or social services.

Responsibilities

Job description

CoAct are seeking Specialist Support Coordinator to join us in this exciting opportunity, to deliver high-quality, person-centred NDIS Support Coordination services to participants with complex and multiple support needs. This role will support participants to build capacity, exercise their choice and control, ensuring they are heard, whilst navigating the NDIS and broader service systems.

Exploring the Role

The Specialist Support Coordinator manages complex caseloads, coordinates multi-agency supports, and contributes to high-quality service quality and high standards of compliance.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Location

This role will be based in Sydney and will operate on a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
