Job summary

Kennards Hire in Karratha is seeking a Hire Controller who thrives on customer service and teamwork. You will coordinate bookings, deliveries and returns to keep the branch running smoothly and provide expert advice on our equipment range.

As part of the Kennards Hire family, you’ll receive structured training, with opportunities to move into branch management or sales roles. The role includes a base salary of 74,520 plus a location allowance of 22,356, plus super, profit share and a weekend

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to coordinate bookings, deliveries and returns
• Strong administration and record-keeping skills
• Good time management and prioritisation

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Coordinate hire contracts, bookings and branch administration
• Open/close the branch and maintain showroom, yard and storage spaces
• Process payments and handle scheduling for hires
