Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a Space Information Officer to maintain and improve space management records, floor plans and spatial data across the campus. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance with space management standards, and support benchmarking and reporting.

Based on the Crawley campus, you will audit space usage, conduct occupancy analyses and collaborate with faculties, professional teams and external consultants to support informed planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate IV level or equivalent experience.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets and data management systems.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and spatial information using CAD or related GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve space management records, databases, floor plans and spatial information systems.
• Conduct space audits, utilisation reviews and occupancy analyses to support campus planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on space information requests and improvement projects.
