Job summary

Cottesloe Golf Club invites an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Swanbourne, WA. The role features a flexible roster with day and night shifts and a hands-on leadership style to support the head chef.

You will lead the kitchen team, ensure top quality dishes, and propose creative ideas for seasonal menus and functions while adhering to Food Safety guidelines and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a similar role for at least 3 years.
• Clear understanding of Food Safety guidelines.
• Ability to put forward innovative and creative food ideas for seasonal menu, specials and functions.
• Focused on delivering the best experience for patrons.

Responsibilities
