Job summary

KONE is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Central Quote Desk, based in Mascot, NSW. You will coordinate quotations, follow up opportunities, and tailor solutions to customer needs within a collaborative Service team across Australia and New Zealand.

The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting solutions, and contributing to sales targets while staying aligned with safety and quality standards in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, internal sales, customer service or business development.
• Ability to coordinate quotations and respond to customer needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for preparing and coordinating quotations through the Central Quote Desk.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities generated by service and sales teams.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and smaller project submissions with proactive follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Present and negotiate solutions, including upselling service and digital offerings where appropriate.
• Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide support to the wider sales team on selected matters.
• Perform administration tasks and ensure records are updated timely.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
