KONE is seeking a Site Manager to join the New Building Solutions team in Mascot, NSW. You will oversee multiple projects across Sydney, driving delivery through leadership, resource management, and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing project delivery at a site level.
• Contractor management experience.
• Lift industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.
• Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.
• Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects.
