Bynder is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with the Melbourne APAC team, partnering with Sales to showcase Bynder’s AI-powered DAM platform. You will deliver engaging product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft tailored solutions that align with customer needs.

You’ll be one of the early technical hires in APAC, shaping how Solutions Engineering appears in the region, operating with autonomy while collaborating across a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering, solution consulting, or equivalent B2B customer-facing role in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in remote/regional setups.
• Strong business and technical acumen with focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to drive account strategy and multi-quarter deals.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations, acting as trusted advisor on solutions and AI-driven features.
• Own tenders, RFPs, and security questionnaires with precise responses.
• Translate technical scenarios into clear business value for diverse audiences including C-suite.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success to ensure smooth hand-offs and adoption.
