Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Commercial) in Sydney to partner with Sales, lead technical demonstrations, and guide prospects through complex evaluations. Based in Sydney, you will demonstrate value, address customer needs, and drive revenue with a focus on AI-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless customer experience while expanding Smartsheet's footprint in APAC.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in PreSales, Solutions Engineer, or related SaaS role.
• Proven ability to articulate technical value to diverse audiences.
• Experience selling into multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and demonstrate Smartsheet solutions addressing customer problems.
• Lead technical sales engagements with sales to capture requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct discovery to inform sales and solution strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a great customer experience and revenue growth.
• Maintain knowledge of Smartsheet products and competitors.
