Job summary

ezyCollect by Sidetrade is seeking a Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist to bridge sales and delivery, tailoring AR automation solutions for each client. You will lead requirements, demos, and end-to-end implementation, ensuring clients are trained and achieving value from the platform.

You will collaborate with Account Executives globally, CS and Product teams, and report to the CRO, with responsibilities spanning pre-sales, implementation, training, and continuous feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in business analysis, software implementation, or ERP integration.
• Strong understanding of ERP and accounting software platforms like NetSuite, Xero, Acumatica, SAP B1 and API integrations.
• Proven project management from start to finish with cross-team coordination.
• Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly (verbal and written).
• Able to identify and solve client challenges with tailored solutions.
• Thrives in dynamic environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: translate client accounts receivable challenges into clear requirements and lead product demos showing ERP integrations.
• Implementation: own end-to-end delivery with CS and Product, build and run test plans, ensure live delivery.
• Training and support: run client training sessions and create user training documentation.
• Feedback: relay client insights to Product and CS to improve offerings.
