Zip is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and drive implementation of our AI procurement platform. You will work with diverse clients to configure the product and solve their needs, while shaping future roadmap. The role combines hands-on setup with customer-facing training across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement/sourcing or B2B SaaS customer relations.
• Experience with procurement tools/ERP such as Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, or NetSuite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive work style.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers with a focus on requirements gathering and configuring the product.
• Own end-to-end implementation and build customer processes from scratch.
• Lead training sessions and Q&A with customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive project management across many onboardings.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to manage requests and set expectations.
• Strive to make customers happy and onboard them quickly.
