Job summary

ezyCollect, founded in Sydney in 2014 and now part of Sidetrade, is Australia's leading Order-to-Cash platform helping SMEs automate receivables, collections and payments. As Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist you’ll partner with Sales and own the implementation from deal to training, ensuring clients derive measurable value from the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in IT, software implementation or ERP projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams and documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales efforts and translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Own end-to-end implementation and coordinate with CS and Product teams.
• Develop and execute training to help clients realise platform value.
• Provide feedback to Product based on client insights to improve offering.
