Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discussions and translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Own end-to-end implementation with CS and Product teams, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop training and user documentation to maximise platform adoption.
• Act as the voice of the client to inform product improvements.
