Launch Group seeks a Solution Lead Learning to join their Workforce Systems team. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Systems, you will lead learning solution design, configuration guidance, support and continuous improvement across critical learning and workforce platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in technology or related domain.
• Experience supporting learning systems or enterprise apps.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation and continuous improvement capabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Workforce Systems, you'll play a key role in leading learning solution design, configuration guidance, support and continuous improvement across critical learning and workforce platforms.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a combination of learning technology expertise, stakeholder management skills and experience operating within complex enterprise environments.

You’ll Ideally Have

• 7+ years' experience in technology, digital services, applications, operations or a related domain.
• Experience supporting learning systems, workforce systems or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application services and service management practices.
• Experience with change, release, incident and problem management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Experience working with internal business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Desirable

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience.
• Relevant certifications in learning technologies, project delivery, service management or technology governance.
