Job summary

Launch Group is seeking a Delivery Lead HR to join the Workforce Systems team. You will lead delivery and enhancements of HR technology platforms within a complex enterprise environment, reporting to the Head of Workforce Systems.

You will partner with HR leaders, technology teams and external vendors to manage releases, service transitions and ensure security, reliability and alignment to business priorities, driving governance and continuous improvement across the HR tech stack.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in technology delivery or enterprise applications.
  • Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UKG).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and governance, risk and change management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.

  • Lead HR systems delivery, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, technology teams and vendors to define requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and service providers.

Job description

We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to recruit a Delivery Lead HR to join their Workforce Systems team. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Systems, you’ll play a key role in leading the delivery, enhancement and continuous improvement of critical HR technology platforms across a complex enterprise environment.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of people, technology and business operations. You’ll partner with HR leaders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, manage releases and service transitions, and ensure workforce systems remain reliable, secure and aligned to business priorities.

Working within a modern product-led technology environment, you’ll drive delivery outcomes while helping shape the future direction of workforce technology and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of HR systems enhancements, upgrades and improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technology outcomes.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across technology teams, vendors and service providers.
  • Manage changes, releases, testing and service transition activities.
  • Ensure HR systems remain reliable, secure and operationally effective.
  • Drive risk management, governance and compliance activities.
  • Support incident, problem and continuous improvement processes.

About You

You’ll be an experienced technology delivery professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a background working with HR, Workforce Management or HCM platforms within a large enterprise environment.

You'll Ideally Bring
  • 7+ years' experience within technology delivery, digital services, operations or enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with HRIS, HCM or workforce management platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UKG or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability.
  • Experience with change, release, incident and problem management practices.
  • Exposure to governance, risk, compliance and operational support environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
