About the role

Working closely with the People & Culture leadership team and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll bring together strategy, program design and delivery to create learning experiences that genuinely make an impact.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape and evolve the organisation’s L&D offering, with a broad remit spanning:

  • Developing and delivering the learning strategy, aligned to organisational priorities and capability needs
  • Leading leadership and career development programs
  • Designing engaging learning solutions across face-to-face, digital, hybrid and self-directed formats
  • Building and enhancing onboarding and induction experiences
  • Leading the Graduate Development Program and supporting early-career talent initiatives
  • Overseeing the professional learning and annual legal education calendar
  • Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate these into practical development solutions
  • Managing external learning partners and facilitators, ensuring quality and value
  • Driving continuous improvement across L&D processes, systems and the employee experience

This is a role where you’ll be both thinking strategically and operationally, shaping the direction of L&D while remaining close to the delivery.

About you

You’re an experienced L&D professional who enjoys having genuine ownership and influence.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior leaders
  • Strong facilitation and program delivery capability
  • Experience designing contemporary learning solutions across a range of formats
  • A collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiatives from concept through to delivery
  • A qualification in Learning & Development, Training, HR or a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • LSI accreditation is highly desirable
Why join?

This is more than a role delivering training programs. It’s an opportunity to shape the learning agenda and make a visible contribution to capability, leadership and career development across the organisation.

You’ll join an established People & Culture function and work closely with senior leaders, with the scope to influence how learning is experienced across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll have the autonomy to bring new ideas, challenge the status quo and build on an existing L&D foundation, while having the support of a collaborative P&C team around you.
