Job summary

Launch Group seeks a Solution Lead Learning to join their Workforce Systems team. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Systems, you will lead learning solution design, configuration guidance, support and continuous improvement across critical learning and workforce platforms.

In a modern product-led technology environment, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and strategic partners to deliver reliable, secure outcomes while driving governance and ongoing optimisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in technology or related domain.
• Experience supporting learning systems or enterprise apps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise app services and service management practices.
• Experience with change, release, incident and problem management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Experience working with internal business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support learning technology solutions across platforms and services.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions and outcomes.
• Support design, configuration and ongoing enhancement of learning systems.
• Coordinate incidents, problems, changes and delivery activities across the platform environment.
• Support testing, releases, cutovers and service transitions.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, reporting and operational records.
• Ensure governance, security, risk and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardisation and supportability across platforms.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes.
