Job summary

Shenzhen SOFARSOLAR Co., LTD. is seeking an experienced after-sales support professional to join a fast-growing and diverse team delivering smart energy solutions.

You will provide installation guidance, commissioning support and training for inverters and ESS, plus remote and on-site troubleshooting to installers and customers. The role requires 1+ year in solar/energy storage service, hands-on experience with BMS/EMS/PCS, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical service, commissioning or after-sales support within the solar or energy storage industry.
• Hands-on experience with battery systems, BMS, PCS, EMS and communication protocols (CAN / RS485).
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation guidance, commissioning support and maintenance training for inverters and battery systems to installers and customers.
• Handle technical support via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, including inverter and battery replacement, defect analysis, and field service when required.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to battery systems, BMS, communication and system integration.
• Collect, document and analyse after-sales cases clearly, and report to the team leader on a regular basis.
• Work closely with sales, project and service teams to support installers and ensure smooth project delivery.
