GoodWe is looking for a Junior Engineer to join our dedicated Australia and New Zealand team. This role offers flexibility with periods of working from home and occasional travel, making it ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional seeking growth within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele‑ and on‑site technical support as well as post‑sales support.
• Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware for PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
• Report and follow up with head office on product failures with clear documentation.
• Evaluate PV plant performance by studying operational data regularly.
• Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups on technical issues and build healthy relationships with installers and retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronics.
• Preferred minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, especially troubleshooting product issues.
• Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
